Our customer service philosophy is focused on the emotional intelligence of our staff and constantly training them to be effective communicators so they understand the power of words and how to control the conversation and ultimately the outcome of the conversation without relying on a prewritten script, to deliver a truly unique and coherent customer experience.
We also do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” customer service approach. Our dedicated teams are trained to handle things differently based on the company they are assigned to. This means that our clients in the subscription business are assigned customer service agents who are trained to meet their customer service needs while agents who service our eBay and Amazon sellers or SaaS companies are trained differently to meet the needs of those companies.
